- 1 red dragon fruit
- 1 mango (Julie)
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
Wash and cut the ends off the dragon fruit. Cut in half and remove the skin. Cube.
Wash and peel the mango. Slice as much flesh as possible off the seed.
Wash, peel and slice the banana.
Wash, cut and squeeze the orange. Remove the seeds.
Add the dragon fruit, mango, banana and orange juice to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve cold.
