Ingredients

  • 1 red dragon fruit
  • 1 mango (Julie)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange

  • Blender

Instructions

  • Wash and cut the ends off the dragon fruit. Cut in half and remove the skin. Cube.
  • Wash and peel the mango. Slice as much flesh as possible off the seed.
  • Wash, peel and slice the banana.
  • Wash, cut and squeeze the orange. Remove the seeds.
  • Add the dragon fruit, mango, banana and orange juice to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve cold.
