- 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers
- ½ tsp dried lavender flowers
- 2 c water
- sweetener (optional)
Boil water (either using a kettle, small pot, or in the microwave).
Add the flowers to a heat safe container (like a teapot with infuser or cup).
Pour boiling water over the flowers.
Allow to steep for 10 minutes.
Strain and sweeten if desired.
Serve hot or cold.
