- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger (15 grams)
- 3 cups water
- sweetener of choice
Wash, peel and grate ginger.
Wash, peel and crush garlic cloves.
Place a small pot on medium heat.
Add water. Bring to a boil.
Add garlic and ginger to the boiling water.
Leave to brew for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat. Leave to steep for 5 minutes.
Strain.
Sweeten (optional) and serve hot.
