Iced chamomile tea recipe

If you think chamomile tea can only be enjoyed hot, think again. Iced chamomile tea still has the same soothing benefits of the tea and is perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

  • tsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 3 cups water
  • sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • milk (optional)

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil (use a kettle or a saucepan on medium heat or a microwave).
  • Place dried chamomile flowers into a cup or a teapot with tea infuser.
  • Pour boiling water over the flowers.
  • Steep for 15 minutes.
  • Strain.
  • Leave to cool.
  • Sweeten and add milk (optional).
  • Pour into serving glasses with ice. Serve cold.
