- 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves (about 8 large leaves)
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves (about 20 leaves)
- 3 cups water
- sweetener (optional)
Bring water to a boil.
Wash the leaves.
Tear the leaves. Add to a tea infuser.
Pour boiling water over the torn leaves.
Allow to steep for 15 minutes.
Strain and sweeten.
Serve warm.
