- 280 grams broccoli florets (4 cups)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ΒΌ cup water
Wash the broccoli thoroughly.
Cut the florets into bite sizes pieces.
Place a large saucepan on medium heat.
Pour in the coconut oil. Allow to heat up.
Toss in the broccoli. Mix.
Add the water to the saucepan.
Cover.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the broccoli stems are tender.
Serve warm as a side.
