Ingredients

  • 280 grams broccoli florets (4 cups)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ΒΌ cup water

Instructions

  • Wash the broccoli thoroughly.
  • Cut the florets into bite sizes pieces.
  • Place a large saucepan on medium heat.
  • Pour in the coconut oil. Allow to heat up.
  • Toss in the broccoli. Mix.
  • Add the water to the saucepan.
  • Cover.
  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the broccoli stems are tender.
  • Serve warm as a side.
