Ginger Tea
This simple ginger tea is made by finely grating fresh ginger root and brewing for a few minutes. The resulting tea is strong, warming and so very soothing!

- 1 tbsp ginger (finely grated)
- 3 cups water
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
Add a small pot to the stove on medium heat.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Wash, peel and finely grate enough ginger to fill 1 tablespoon.
Add grated ginger to boiling water.
Brew for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat.
Leave to steep for 10 minutes.
Strain to remove the grated ginger.
Stir in honey.
Serve warm.
