- 2 bananas (approx 140g)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (approx 35g)
- 3 pitted dates
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ cup milk
- ice (approx 100g)
[optional] Peel and slice the bananas. Place in a freezer safe bag. Store in the freezer until frozen (about 4 hours)
Add the bananas, peanut butter, dates without seeds, cinnamon powder, milk and ice to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately. Or chill in the fridge and use within 2 days.
