- 1 tbsp ginger (12 grams)
- 2 teabags green tea
- 2 tsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
- 3 cups water
Wash, peel and finely chop the ginger.
Place a saucepan on the stove on medium heat.
Add the water and chopped ginger to the saucepan.
Leave to brew for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat.
Add the tea bags.
Leave to steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the teabags.
Strain the tea.
Add honey or desired sweetener.
Serve warm.
