- 1 cup orange juice (2 to 3 oranges)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp fresh turmeric (grated)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Wash and slice oranges in half. Squeeze to extract the juice.
Wash, peel and grate ginger and turmeric.
Add orange juice, grated ginger and grated turmeric to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste test. Mix in honey if needed.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge (lasts for 3 days in the fridge).
