- ½ cup peanut butter (120 grams)
- ¾ cup rolled oats (72 grams)
- 1 tbsp honey
- [optional] mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts
Add the peanut butter to a microwave safe dish.
Microwave for 30 seconds (or until runny).
Add the oats and honey to a mixing bowl.
Pour in the warmed peanut butter.
Mix to incorporate fully.
Fill a tablespoon with the mixture. Press in to remove any air.
Remove and roll the tablespoon of the mix to form a small, smooth ball.
Repeat to form 11 peanut butter oat balls.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for 3 days. Freeze the extras for a month.
