Watermelon juice

- 2 lbs watermelon flesh (without rind, 3lbs with rind)
- 2 limes (3½ tbsp lime juice)
- sweetener of your choice (optional)
Blender
Strainer or cheesecloth
Cut the rind off the watermelon.
Add the watermelon flesh to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Wash, cut and squeeze the limes.
Mix the lime juice to the blended melon.
Strain the juice.
Taste test and add sweetener if needed.
Serve immediately with ice. Or chill in the fridge before serving. Use within 2 days.
