- 2 bananas (frozen)
- 1½ cup milk (like almond milk)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
Peel the bananas.
Place them in the freezer in a freezer-safe container or bag. Leave for 3 hours to overnight.
Add frozen bananas, milk, cocoa powder, honey and vanilla to a blender (or smoothie cup).
Blend until smooth.
Taste test. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
Serve cold with or without your choice of toppings.
