Chocolate peanut butter chia pudding

- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp agave or honey
- ½ tsp vanilla
- toppings (like walnuts, banana slices, extra peanut butter, berries, shredded coconut and more)
Place the peanut butter in the microwave.
Microwave for 1 minute (or until peanut butter is runny).
To a mixing bowl, add the runny peanut butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds, almond milk, honey (or agave) and vanilla.
Whisk until combined fully.
Divide into 2 portions (approx. ½ cup each).
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Or up to 2 days.
Serve cold with your choice of toppings.
