- 1 lime (1 tbsp lime juice)
- ΒΌ tsp lime zest
- 2 tsp ginger (fresh)
- 1 tbsp honey (or sweetener of your choice)
- 1 cup water
Wash and zest the lime. Cut in half and squeeze to obtain the juice.
Wash and peel the ginger. Grate the ginger if desired.
Add lime juice, lime zest, ginger, honey and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste test and adjust the sweetness to your preference.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
