- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 tsp fresh turmeric
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (half a lemon)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup coconut water
- pinch of black pepper
Wash and peel the ginger and turmeric. Grate with a zester.
Wash, cut and squeeze the lemon.
Add the grated ginger and turmeric to the blender along with the lemon juice, honey and coconut water.
Blend.
Pour into shot glasses.
Top with a pinch of black pepper.
Serve cold.
