- 1½ cups coconut water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (approx. 1 lemon)
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger (chopped)
Wash, cut and squeeze the lemon.
Wash, peel and finely chop the ginger.
Add lemon juice, chopped ginger, honey and coconut water to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
