- 1 cup fresh orange juice (2 to 3 oranges)
- 2 tsp fresh ginger (10 grams)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Wash the oranges, cut in half and squeeze.
Wash, peel and slice the ginger.
Add the orange juice and ginger to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste test, add honey if desired.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
