Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (2 to 3 oranges)
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger (10 grams)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the oranges, cut in half and squeeze.
  • Wash, peel and slice the ginger.
  • Add the orange juice and ginger to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Taste test, add honey if desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
