pineapple chunks

lemon juice
(about ½ lemon)

ginger
(finely grated)

turmeric
(finely grated)

tsp
honey
(or sweetener of choice)
pinch of black pepper

Instructions
Wash, peel and cut a small piece of pineapple into small cubes.
Wash and cut a lemon into half. Squeeze one half for juice.
Wash, peel and finely grate the ginger and turmeric.
Add the prepped pineapple, lemon juice, grated ginger, turmeric and honey to a blender or smoothie cup.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into shot glasses.
Sprinkle the black pepper on top.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
