Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries (approx 290 grams)
  • 2 cups mango cubes (approx 280 grams)
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ice (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries. Cut the tops off. Place in a freezer safe container. Freeze.
  • Wash and peel the mango. Cube the flesh. Place in a freezer safe container. Freeze.
  • Add frozen strawberries, frozen mango, and milk to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • [optional] Add ice for extra chillness. Blend.
  • Serve immediately cold. Or store in the fridge for 1 - 2 days.
