- 2 cups strawberries (approx 290 grams)
- 2 cups mango cubes (approx 280 grams)
- 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ice (optional)
Wash the strawberries. Cut the tops off. Place in a freezer safe container. Freeze.
Wash and peel the mango. Cube the flesh. Place in a freezer safe container. Freeze.
Add frozen strawberries, frozen mango, and milk to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
[optional] Add ice for extra chillness. Blend.
Serve immediately cold. Or store in the fridge for 1 - 2 days.
